Raji Consulting LLC, which runs Nordy AI, is the data controller for the personal data described here. See Contact below for how to reach us.

The contact form needs your name and email address so we can reply. Company, phone number and message are optional. If you email us directly, we receive the details you choose to send.

If you book a time through our calendar link, the booking happens in Google Calendar, on Google’s own website.

We use your details to reply to your request and follow up on it, for example by booking a free walkthrough and sending a proposal. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: we need to be able to reply to people who contact us.

We keep your details for as long as we need them to reply to your request and follow up on it. There is no fixed period.

All three are US companies, so your details may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Resend and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and Vercel and Google use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

The website sets no cookies and uses no local storage. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies either, to see which pages are read, from which countries, and how many people book a time or send the form. Each visit gets a code that is deleted after 24 hours, so no one can link your visits across days or websites. Our legal basis is legitimate interests. Everything loads from our own website.

You can object at any time to our use of your details based on legitimate interests.
